Schultz Elementary Students and Teacher Honored at Board Meeting

Schultz Elementary Students and Teacher Honored at Board Meeting

Two students and a teacher from Schultz Elementary were honored at the March Board of Trustees meeting for their hard work and success in the classroom.

Schultz Teacher of the Year and fourth-grade Math and Science teacher Ms. Kristin Ali brings a new meaning to the phrase ‘teaching is an art’ and has mastered it! She understands that a solid foundation in math and science is crucial to student success and is an excellent example to all at Schultz.

“Her commitment to fostering a love for learning within her students is nothing short of inspirational,” Schultz Principal Sherri Davenport said. “Ms. Ali goes above and beyond to ensure that her students not only grasp concepts but also develop a genuine enthusiasm for subjects.”

Student Luke is the perfect example of a Schultz Eagle and an intricate part of the Klein ISD community. Luke is brilliant and always seeks the answers when attempting to understand a concept.

“Luke has a thirst for knowledge and wants to know more,” teacher Ms. Michelle Anastos said. “He is going places and has truly made a difference in the lives of others.”

Student Sofia is known for being kind, selfless, and empathetic. She exemplifies what it means to be a Schultz Eagle because of her dedication to her school and fellow students.

“She always acts with integrity and humility,” teacher Ms. Lisa Taylor said. “Sofia is a student all teachers would love to have. I am so happy and honored to have been her teacher.”

Congratulations again to Luke, Sofia, and Ms. Ali for being shining Schultz Eagles and excellent examples of leadership to our Klein Family. You genuinely encapsulate what it means to succeed and make us proud!
