Visitors

 

Schultz Elementary has an access control buzzer at the front door. All visitors to the campus will need to ring the buzzer and present government ID and state the reason for their visit. If granted access, they will enter through the front reception office and check in prior to gaining entry to any other areas in our school.

All visitors must wear their issued visitor badge for the duration of their visit. Visitor badges will be returned to the front office upon exit. 

 

Lunch visitor guidelines 24/25   ( Lunch day changes effective 11/4/2024) 

Parents/guardians are welcome to have lunch with their child on designated days of the week.  We cannot accommodate groups of extended family members due to limited space. Adults must sit at the designated “parent table” with their child only; other students must remain with their classmates.

Kindergarten - Mondays/Lunes ( 11am - 11:40 am) *Due to high volume of visitors, Kindergarten will have a limit of 2 visitors per student 

Pre-K & 1st grade - Tuesdays/Martes  (Pre-k 10:45 - 11:15) (1st grade 12pm - 12:30pm)

2nd grade - Wednesdays/Miercoles (12:20pm - 12:50 pm) 

3rd grade - Thursdays/Jueves (11:30 - 12pm)

4th grade & 5th grade – Fridays/Viernes ( 4th grade 12:30pm -1pm) (5th grade 12:50pm - 1:20pm)
