MEDICATION REMINDER
As a reminder, school personnel cannot administer medication to a student without written parental permission. A Medication Authorization form can be downloaded from the Schultz clinic web page. All medications must be brought to and picked up at the clinic by a parent or guardian. In order for Klein personnel to administer non-prescription medications it must be in its original container with the dosage information present on the packaging. To clarify, children cannot bring any medication to school and that includes items such as cough drops, decongestant thin strips and cold medicines.
BORROWED CLOTHING
Please make sure that your child has a full change of clothing in his/her backpack each day. This is for EVERY grade level. Often times students spill food in the cafeteria or fall in mud on the playground. If your child borrows clothing from the clinic please wash it and return it to the clinic within one week. If your child borrowed underwear from the clinic it is theirs to keep, however we ask that you provide the clinic with a brand new pair.
